1. All TOB is packed in insulated bag for delivery.
2. Please have someone available to receive TOB upon delivery. TOB should not be left unattended.
3. Upon receiving TOB, please refrigerate them immediately at 1ΛC β 4ΛC at all times right up until consumption. Do not freeze TOB. Avoid direct sunlight.
4. If you need to bring TOB out from refrigerator, please put them in cooler bag. Do not keep unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours.
